In a bid to create an environment that will engender creative thinking and attract Millennials, leading innovative technology solutions provider, CWG Plc has launched the CWG Innovation Hub in its precincts in Lekki, Lagos. The Innovation Hub will house the company’s Software Development Team.

The CWG Innovation Hub was commissioned by the Chief Executive Officer, CWG Plc, Mr James Agada who led the and the Group Chief Operating Officer, Kunle Ayodeji. The hub has been designed to offer comfort to techies and allow for a balanced psychological state for its work force.

The truth is that Millennials are here to stay. Research shows that they are likely to make up over 50% of the working population by 2020, and 75% by 2025. So, the earlier companies begin to tinker their corporate culture to suit this generation, the better.
