The 1st Edition of the DataScience Nigeria AI Professional Meetup is here. It is a special knowledge session, masterclass and business engagement meeting that brings together professionals in the sector to share insights, trends and developments.
This first edition of the monthly meetup is scheduled to hold on Friday, January 18. Its theme is: Transformational Innovation with Artificial Intelligence. It would feature US-based Artificial Intelligence inventor, Dr. Stephen Odaibo.
Dr Stephen Odaibo is the founder, CEO, and Chief Software Architect of RETINA-AI, USA. He is a Medical Doctor, Consultant Opthalmologist, Mathematician, and Computer Scientist.
Retina-AI is a company using artificial intelligence to improve healthcare.
Dr. Odaibo is said to be the only Ophthalmologist in the world with advanced degrees in both Mathematics (MSc) and Computer Science (MSc).
He is also a Full-Stack AI Engineer with programming experience in mobile apps, network communication, server-side development and management, and training of machine learning algorithms.
He will be at the meetup to discuss emerging trends, best practices and practical use cases in Machine Learning application within the industry.
