CWG Plc Observes “Bring Your Kid to Work Day” to Mark the 2019 Children’s Day

As the country marks the 2019 Children’s Day, Leading African Technology Company, CWG Plc has organised its maiden “Bring Your Kid to Work Day” in a bid to celebrate kids of the members of staff as well as afford them the opportunity to experience their parents work environment for a day.

CWG PLC staff brought their children to the workplace to celebrate the World Children’s Day 2019. The highpoint of the day was the party organized for the children of varied ages to have fun, get to see Mum & Dad at work and in other roles asides the usual home duties.

The event catered for kids of varied ages.

It was also an excellent opportunity to interact with mum and dad’s colleagues’ kids in a new environment. The party featured diverse games, lots of foods, music, dance, competitions, giveaways and loads of other fun activities.

The “Bring Your Kid to Work Day” is an initiative of the Human Resources team of the company.

Speaker at the occasion, Mrs Tinu Adeyemi (Group Head, Human Resources and General Services, CWG Plc) explained that the event is one way of appreciating all the unsung Hero’s behind our unbeatable and ever-dynamic staff, the family that makes them tick and undeniably high performer.

According to Mrs Adeyemi, “at CWG, we are a people and family-centric organization and we will stop at nothing in appreciating everyone that has helped in ‘keeping the CWG flag flying.”
