SATx – Bayelsa State Science and Technology Expo 2019

Mettā Nairobi brings you the 16th edition of the “Women-In” series. The event will bring together a panel of successful women in the tech industry to look at the great strides they have made over the years and to empower the next generation.

Entrepreneurs On the Move
A GreenTec Capital Africa Foundation and The Land of African Business organised programme, the event will serve as a platform to build the capacity of selected entrepreneurs, innovators, investors and enablers and mobilise key stakeholders within the tech ecosystem.

Abuja Blockchain & Digital Assets Conference 2019
The eighth edition of the Abuja Blockchain & Digital Assets Conference 2019, will be happening this week. The event will feature experts, industry stakeholders, thought leaders and the academia to converge and brainstorm on how blockchain can be leveraged by the Nigeria government and her agencies for improved public service delivery.
The two day event is themed – The Blockchain Trust Architecture for Governance and Public Service, and will be featuring panel discussion segments, project presentations, a hackathon, and workshops.

Rave’d Up Students Hackathon
The Rave’d Up Student Hackathon is a program for students in tertiary institutions across Africa.
This first edition will hold at the University of Lagos (Unilag), with the idea being to provide them with the resources and tools needed to build amazing products and solutions with Rave by Flutterwave.

Cyber Security Meet-Up, Abuja
This is a quarterly meetup to discuss various topics in the cyber security world with an aim of helping attendees and enthusiasts increase their experience through knowledge sharing and networking.
For this edition, the event is themed – Aviation, the Machine and Cybersecurity, and important issues in cyber security will be discussed and contributions will be taken from anyone willing to participate. The event is open to everyone who is involved or has an interest in cyber security.
