Opay launches USSD code to allow users bank without data
During the week, popular Opera mobile payment platform OPay introduced its USSD services for mobile transactions to allow users bank without data. The announcement was made on OPay’s official Twitter page.
The company said that the code will enable users to buy airtime, send money (OPay – OPay), check balance, and perform withdrawals.
The introduction of the USSD service comes after OPay recently raised a $120 million Series B funding after a $50 million funding raised in July.
