The Kwara State Government has launched a recovery fund of up to N500 million for businesses which lost properties and incurred damages during the plunder by thugs who hijacked the #EndSARS protests.
Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq made the announcement via his official twitter handle after visiting the vandalised Kwara Mall in the state.

The governor condemned the actions of the street hoodlums and miscreants, stating that they were bent on wreaking havoc not just in Kwara but throughout the country.
We are therefore not going to leave the business owners like that. We are setting up a N500m fund for those that were affected to access. The application form is live and active on the State Government’s website and can now be filled by interested parties. We are going to get them back as soon as possible
Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq
