Kunda Kids, an African-owned startup based in London, that focuses on African music-led animated series has recently achieved a huge milestone as it concluded a pre-seed fundraising round, raising $700,000 to promote further expansion and growth.

The injected capital will be instrumental in enhancing their production capabilities, expanding their reach, and bringing their rich storytelling experiences to an even wider audience.

Along with this new funding, the digital content company also announced the launch of its YouTube series called “Kunda and Friends.” This music-led 3D animation series is specifically designed for children and is set in an enchanting African landscape.
