MTN Nigeria partners with Adbot to provide AI-powered ad services for small businesses

Telecoms provider, MTN Nigeria has announced a partnership with Adbot, a South African ad-tech company, to bring MTN’s Thryve Google Ads services to all small and medium businesses (SMEs) on MTN Nigeria’s network.

According to a press release shared with Technext, this collaboration is positioned to revolutionize the digital advertising game for SMEs in Nigeria. 

MTN Group is an African mobile network operator that provides voice, data, fintech, digital, enterprise, wholesale and API services to more than 289 million customers in 19 markets. Adbot offers AI-powered automated ad campaign management for SMEs. Using Adbot’s system, businesses can get automated Google and Bing ads online in just 10 minutes, saving time and money. 

How the MTN – Adbot collaboration will work

The release says as of today, MTN MSME customers can now access AI-powered Google Ads through the MTN Google Thryve Bundle via this partnership.

The collaboration will empower SMEs to enhance their online visibility, taking advantage of the Thryve Google Ads Bundle, which provides 1Gb of data, a minimum of 10 website conversions and 500 ad views on Google. This ultimately tackles a key challenge SMEs face which is access to new markets. The proposition aims to support SMEs in maximizing their online presence and reaching a broader audience.
